Terms and Conditions


Location: Most items are made to order in our workshop in Ukraine. We can produce some orders in the new Prague workshop. So one part of the parcels will be sent via the Ukrposhta postal service from Kyiv, other from Czech Republic . We provide a parcel tracking number for all items. Belts, slings, bags, pouches and sets are made only in Ukraine.

Processing time: All items make to order. We need about a  week for fulfilling but sometimes this time increases. Write to us for up-to-date information on production workload.

Standard delivery takes about:

  1. USA – 12-15 days
  2. Canada, Australia – 15-20 days
  3. Europe – 10-12 days
  4. Other – 15-30 days, depend on your location

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery times: Standard delivery takes about 10-15 days (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location. For a “free shipping” type we use an Ukrainian Economy Post Service and Česká pošta (Czech Post). Delivery time can be up to 30 days and more. During the Xmas , NY gift period (Nov, Dec, Jan) and other holidays delivery times may be longer. If the order is made and shipped on time claims for late delivery are not accepted.

Additional info: Parcels with a phone number rarely lost and returned to me marked “unclaimed“! If the parcel will returned to us marked as unclaimed buyer pays the cost of re-delivery. The buyer is responsible for getting the item from the carrier.

Accepted payment methods

We use Stripe and PayPal payment services. You can pay via Stripe or PayPal without creating your account. Stripe and Paypal keeps your payment information secure. Our shop never receive your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Product quality warning

Leather include beautiful original markings form the cow’s life, such as scarring, welts, brand marks and more. Your item may not look exactly as shown here. Due to the features of color rendering by digital cameras, the color of the product may differ from the photo. We try to use leather with the same undertone but it can change. If you would like to receive a product with a clear color scheme write to us necessarily!

Music in our life

While we are working on your order we like to listen to a variety of music. Let us know and we will make your items to the sounds of your favorite artist. It will be inspiring.

The CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html), the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses), and the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.
You may see delays in packages destined to and from European countries subject to restricted passenger airline travel! Claims for late delivery are not accepted!!!
