Buttstock cartridge sleeve with adjustable anti slide loop

As a standard for our models, we accept buttstock sizes:  a= 5″ (13 cm), b=8″ (20 cm) , c= 3″ (8 cm). Allowable deviation 10%. Before ordering, make sure that these numbers match your needs. If necessary, write to us and we will adjust the size of the sleeve to your size.

If the stock of your gun does not look like the picture, it is best to ask us.

1. Fasten the two parts of the rear anti-slip loop with a short leather lace. The knot can be earned from the inside. Look at the pictures in the product description if necessary.
2. Put the sleeve on the butt. Insert the long lace into eyelets. Tighten slightly to take shape. Tighten the laces in 1-2 days for strong holding.
3. The standard length of the lace is 120 cm. 100 cm is enough for tightening on the butt. The ends can be trimmed.
4. If it seems that the loops are too tight: you need to place the sleeve on butt and insert the cartridges. Somewhere in two or three days the leather will acquire the desired shape and the cartridges will be easy to insert and remove.
5. We use high-quality Italian leather. By the way, it is used in the manufacture of footwear and has a high resistance to loads during use. You can search the leather description by the phrase: “crazy horse leather”. You can use the usual leather care products, be sure to read the instructions for them.

1. After using the gun, be sure to remove all cartridges and allow the sleeve, sling or pouch to dry for several days.  As soon as leather products get wet from rain or high humidity, remove them from the gun and dry them, but not under the influence of sunlight.
2. It is also recommended to remove cartridges when storing the gun for a long time. Store the gun with the leather accessories in a dry room with less than 50-60% humidity. Read the rules for storing the gun in the instructions for it.
3. To reduce the absorption of moisture into the leather, use universal waterproofing (water repellent) sprays (the same as for shoes). Process leather, suede,  lacing and ammo loops (inner side of them too). Do this before each use. Such sprays protect products from dirt as well.
4. Use wet wipes to clean leather and suede. In case of heavy contamination, you can wash off the dirt with a stream of cold water. After that, dry the product and treat it with a water-repellent spray. You can use colorless protective creams (like shoe creams) but this can affect the color of the leather and suede.

All items are made to order only. We need 4-6 days for fulfillment.    Products such as slings and belts usually take longer to manufacture.

4. Other – 15-30 days, depend on your location

We can make such wraps for levers. Please let us know your measurements: L1, G1, L2, G2.  This addition will be for free. These will be rectangular perforated pieces of leather and thread for self-stitching.

We use a laser machine to engrave inscriptions on goods. You can order any text or black and white drawing. We will arrange the location, size, font and other details individually as required, otherwise rely on our experience. The size and place of engraving depends on each model. When ordering engraving on sets, we make inscriptions on only one product from the set. If you need anything else, be sure to let us know.

We manufacture our sleeves in two surface protection options, protective wings or flap under the lacing. This prevents damage to the surface by metal eyelets. Both systems provide good protection for the stock surface. In our opinion, protective wings are a more versatile option. When ordering a protective flap, you will need to make a hole for the clip mounting screw if necessary.
